  • How much do you charge?
    Price varies depending on service. In-person organizing starts at $85/hour and virtual organizing $45/hour.
  • Do I have a consultation before requesting virtual or in-person organizing?
    A consultation is not needed before booking either services if you are ready to get organized, but if you are hesitant and would like more information we recommend booking a consultation first so that you can better understand the process.
  • How long does a project typically take?
    Every project is different so it’s hard to give a general time frame without having seen the space or the items that are being stored. We encourage you to book a consultation so that you may have a better idea how long your specific project would take!
  • Are organizing equipment/ containers included in the price?
    No, the estimate that will be given to you after a consultation will be based on the amount of organizing hours needed to complete the project. The product used will be an additional cost but we are happy to stay within a budget if you feel more comfortable.
  • Do you offer service outside of the NYC area?
    We do! For any service located outside of New York City there’s a $20/ hour fee after 30 minutes of travel.
  • What if I can’t be there the day you are scheduled to organize?
    No worries, plans change all the time! Our goal is to get a good understanding of our clients expectations during the consultation so when it comes to the day of organizing, the team can get started right away. There may be a few question items during the process but those can be answered over text or whenever the client returns.
  • When and how do I pay for services or products?
    Once the project is completed you will be sent an invoice for both services and products. We accept PayPal, Venmo or check.
